Sip, Shiver & Stroll Olde Ellicott City
Sip, Shiver & Stroll Olde Ellicott City is a Maryland Wine Week tasting event. For one special evening on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 from 5-8PM, brave guests will convene at The Howard County Welcome Center where and embark on a prescribed route taking them into some of historic Ellicott City’s most haunted pubs, taverns and bistros where they will meet costumed interpreters who will share chilling stories from the award winning Spirits of Ellicott City tour. Each stop includes spirited Maryland Wine tastings and locally inspired appetizers. Guests will also enjoy opportunities to purchase additional food and beverage at their leisure. Participating locations include Ellicott Mills Brewing Company, Judge's Bench Pub, The Diamondback Tavern and The Wine Bin. Sip, Shiver & Stroll guests will each receive a "bag -o- booty" with gifts, local information and dining shopping and entertainment incentives at area businesses. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must arrive at last ticketed stop at least twenty minutes before event end time (8:00pm).

Welcome HALLOWREAD Conference Participants! Take a stroll through charming Ellicott City, perhaps the most actively haunted town in America. Our experienced guides will take you through the Historic District while recounting local history and stories of paranormal activities associated with the sites you visit. Most tours last approximately one hour and fifteen minutes. Tours take place outdoors with little or no entry to buildings. Tours are not recommended for children under 6 years old.
Spirits of Ellicott City
The Spirits of Ellicott City is a "tasteful" tasting tour of historic Ellicott City with the chance to purchase spirits including wine, beer and cocktails. Guided tours are intimate in size and take participants into the haunted pubs, taverns and bistros, even to areas restricted to dining guests where our friendly guides share local tales of the paranormal. You must be 21 or older to take his tour.
